Pilgrimages

Herencias de Fe, June 2 to 8 2025

From June 2 to 8, 2025, we will be co-leading a pilgrimage with Dr. Ezekiel Stear, Professor from Auburn University, along with Fr. Nick Blaha of Kansas City, KS. Together, we will be uncovering the untold stories of Mexico and walking in the footsteps of ancestral Nahuas to discover anew how Our Lady of Guadalupe transformed cultures. Inside the Vatican, September 19 to 26, 2025

Together with Inside the Vatican pilgrimages, we will be leading a specially designed pilgrimage exploring the Flower World and its influence on Mesoamerican history and culture through Our Lady of Guadalupe. Each day is carefully crafted to explore and experience new anthropological and historical discoveries that deepen our understanding of how things unfolded in the Americas in the 16th century and how these discoveries affect our lives today. The Benedict XVI Institute, October 3 to 9, 2025

On October 7th, 2025, Frank La Rocca’s “Mass of the Americas,” written in honor of Our Lady of Guadalupe and the Immaculate Conception, will be celebrated by Archbishop Cordileone at the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe on Tepeyac Hill. This celebration is part of Project Guadalupe 2031, a new initiative to raise awareness of and answer Pope Francis’ call to prepare for the 500th anniversary of the appearance of Our Lady of Guadalupe in 2031. This Mass will be broadcast on EWTN.

As a result of this, a couple of different pilgrimages are being held. The first one will by comprised of the festival choir who will be performing the Mass of the Americas, featuring hundreds of singers from across the United States under the direction of Richard Carrillo of the University of Nebraska. They will be starting their pilgrimage October 3 and it will last till October 9th. If you are a singer and are interested in joining them, please click here for more information

We are gratified to be leading a smaller private pilgrimage for members of the Benedict XVI Institute during this same period of time Oct. 5-7th. Please pray for all of us as we begin celebrations ahead of the 500 year Anniversary of the apparitions.
